Working along side Scott Bresky, Electronic Theater was signed to create and write all of the start up marketing materials for New York-based Time Equities, Inc's (TEI) newest offering. New brand and content were created for a 12-page Offering Memorandum brochure, floor model tradeshow booth, full color ad and sales slick, produced and delivered to the Mirage in Las Vegas just in time for the October REISA conference.
Electronic Theater designed and produced 3-month marketing campaigns for White Oak Partners and Mecom Oil that included a Joomla website design, Offering Memorandum, sales sheets, brochures for B/Ds and investors, PPM folder, CD-ROM with mailer, html email blast design, PowerPoint presentation, trade show booth and all branded giveaways. Currently completing a similar campaign for a large real estate company in Arizona.
Phoenix American Hospitality Properties and Iron Gate Equities tapped Electronic Theater to update their websites, secured PPM due diligence pages and fund documents. Once a client, always a client. We keep all of our customers files on a secured back up disk for all future updates.
